2024 National Day Fireworks Display and "Hong Kong Ballet Dance Over the Harbor" Hong Kong Ballet Outdoor Stage @ Harbor City

To celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the National Day Fireworks Display will be held at 9:00 pm on October 1, 2024. Harbor City will also open the Ocean Terminal open-air parking lot to hold fireworks viewing activities. It is expected that nearly 10,000 citizens will participate. Enjoy this great event in Hong Kong. In addition, Harbor City has specially invited dancers from the Hong Kong Ballet (HKB) to join hands with young students from the Hong Kong Ballet Academy to present a 30-minute exciting performance at 8pm on National Day under the view of Victoria Harbor. Customers only need to spend money in Harbor City from September 16 to have the opportunity to redeem charity tickets. After deducting the cost, all proceeds from the charity tickets will be donated to the Hong Kong Ballet Student Ticket Subsidy Fund, so that more students can enjoy the opportunity to appreciate ballet and work together to nurture the next generation of ballet fans!

Harbor City has become Hong Kong Ballet's 45th anniversary event partner this year and has launched a number of public activities to celebrate the anniversary event and promote the art of ballet to Hong Kong citizens. At 8:00 pm on National Day, Hong Kong Ballet dancers and students from the Hong Kong Ballet Academy will perform a 30-minute exciting outdoor performance under the beautiful view of Victoria Harbor in Harbor City, the first public performance of "Tutu Academy" created by Hong Kong Ballet for the 45th anniversary, and Excerpts from "Alice in Wonderland" and HKB's classic programs. HKB will also hold the "HKB 45th Anniversary Exhibition: Harbor Ballet Fantasia" at the Harbor City Art Museum in October, introducing the company's history and the creative concept of the 45th anniversary theme "Tutu Academy" and presenting it with specially designed exhibits A dancer’s passion and contribution to ballet.
